Their passion for home design and quality craftsmanship guides the entire team. Elizabeth oversees company operations, leadership, and strategic direction, keeping everything running smoothly.
Sam, a third-generation carpenter, leads the estimating phase of our Design-Build process. He prepares projects by reviewing blueprints, gathering proposals, and organizing specifications.
Together, they have refined the Polis Remodeling process to ensure every project is carefully planned and successfully executed.
Project Manager: Wayne
Meet Wayne, our Project Manager.
With 30 years of carpentry experience, Wayne brings strong leadership and attention to detail to every project. He oversees daily operations and ensures each stage of the remodeling process runs smoothly.
Wayne’s organization, planning, and problem-solving skills help keep projects on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality.
Lead Carpenter: Drew
Drew is one of our Lead Carpenters and an important part of the Polis Remodeling team.
As a third-generation carpenter, Drew brings extensive knowledge of construction and remodeling work. He plays a key role in projects such as home additions, renovations, and interior remodeling.
His focus on precision craftsmanship helps ensure every project is built with strength, quality, and long-term performance.
Lead Carpenter: Colin
Colin is another Lead Carpenter with third-generation experience in the general contracting industry.
He supervises field carpenters, reviews blueprints, and ensures construction work meets project specifications.
Colin also helps homeowners choose materials and fixtures that balance durability, style, and budget while making sure every installation is completed safely and correctly.
Office Operations: Katy
Behind the scenes, Katy manages our office operations.
