Meet Polis Remodeling Top Notch Team
First up in the crew is our fearless leaders, Sam and Elizabeth. Their passion for home design is contagious and spreads throughout the entire team. Sam and Elizabeth run Polis Remodeling with complete integrity and transparency. We will also work with you to choose the right design elements that fit your style and budget. Elizabeth wears many hats, she manages and directs Polis Remodeling toward our primary goals and objectives. She oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company. She leads our team of experienced carpenters to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion. While Elizabeth is the glue that holds Polis Remodeling together, Sam is a highly experienced 3rd generation carpenter, with his expertise he will handle the Estimate portion of our Design Build process. He will prepare our clients project to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, and all specifications. Sam and Elizabeth have perfected the Polis Remodelings’ process to ensure nothing but success for our clients!
Next, we have our Project Manager, Wayne. With 30 years of experience in carpentry, Wayne is a master at his craft. He has an eye for detail and will ensure that every piece of woodwork in your project is perfectly executed. Wayne is your project manager and will ensure every step of the process is executed flawlessly. Waynes’ strategic and detail oriented mind displays outstanding organizational skills, time management, planning, and problem solving skills. With Wayne as our Project Manager our team continues to meet all project deadlines. You can trust Wayne to bring your design ideas to life with his expert skills.
Lead Carpenter, Drew, is an integral part of the team. 3rd generation of experience, he knows everything there is to know regarding #GeneralContractor scope of work. His carpentry is a skilled trade and a craft in which the primary work performed is the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of adding your home addition or house remodel. We are also committed to energy-efficient solutions and will help you save money on your utilities in the long run.
Lead Carpenter, Colin also 3rd generation of experience in the #GeneralContracting industry. He is responsible for monitoring our field carpenters on performing their construction duties, analyzing schematics and blueprints, while following clients’ specifications, completing the project within the agreed time frame and maintaining materials with the clients’ budgets demands while ensuring the highest quality. He is a professional who will make sure every contracting detail is installed correctly and safely. Colin will also advise you on the best materials and fixtures to fit your needs and budget.
Behind the scenes, we are so grateful to have Katy. Katy runs our office to make sure that all details with our clients and billing are displayed without error. With a mind for accounting, Katy oversees our entire office personnel, and implements procedures as well as works closely with all other departments to ensure nothing but success! We couldn't do it without her! She has an impressive portfolio dedicated to making sure that every element of your project is cohesive and works together seamlessly.
